Went out to weed, brought along Cam, the camera. You, know - just in case....
Oh - LOOK at that dandelion shadow!
Hey, I'll bet I could.....
And I did!
Recipe: Created paintbrush from the dandelion shadow. New file: Yellow background. Paint the dandelion and shadows. Add Kim Klassen textures: old letter and KK-2 (a Texture Tuesday event). Add text.
Where it started, an almost throw away photo. I got lucky with the "leaves" on the paintbrush - photoshop picked up some of the shadows from the crusty leaves which gave me some nice leaves on the dandelion paintbrush.
Yep - the dandelion is still out in the garden, growing.

Stephanie - yes, I was thinking about using that dandelion top as a splotch, too. think I'll go create another brush.
