Disintegrative Art in the Wild

Went for a walk in some open space and found these two bits of art disintegrating on their own, laying near a little stream. Papers let loose by an unknown person to form its own art. Some crumpled newspaper - one of my favorite things to add to art.
I'm not sure what this used to be, waxed paper of some sort? Nestled among some twigs near the stream. I was tempted to pick it up and take it with me, but since it's not May 1, I decided to play by the rules this time and wait until May Day to see if they are still around. That is when I will snatch them up, bring them to my home, and incorporate them into their new art home. An unexpected destination.
